Paul is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, representing both claimant and respondent in several disciplines, locations, and project types.

Since establishing Paragon Consult in 2021, Paul has assisted numerous organisations ranging in size from sub-contractor, to tier one contractors and also multinational client entities on major construction projects in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Macau, India and the United Kingdom,

Adam MacDougall

LLM, BA (Hons), MCIArb, MRICS, MCIPS

Adam has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, and has been involved in construction disputes in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bahrain and New Zealand.

A qualified civil engineer, Adam brings technical and quantum knowledge to the management of construction disputes. His experience includes working as a non-testifying expert, client-side management of various experts (quantum, technical and delay), and management of the complete dispute resolution process from negotiations to post-hearing award.
