Paragon Consult Pty Ltd provides consultancy services from pre-contract right the way through to hearing, for most types of commercial construction dispute. Paragon Consult Pty Ltd has the capability to wholly manage the dispute process and engage with all necessary stakeholders as required. Paragon Consult Pty Ltd has recently been working on ‘live’ large metro infrastructure projects, assisting clients in the dispute phase of proceedings, and assisting in the lead up to commercial mediation.

Paul has over 16 years experience in the construction industry, and has been involved in construction disputes in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, UK.
Paul has experience of working in infrastructure, utilities, commercial developments, aged care, gaming and leisure facilities, defence projects, government works, oil and gas, mining, waste treatments facilities, and civils works.
